We’re proud to announce that Sunlight House in Manchester has achieved a 4-Star NABERS rating, recognising the building’s strong environmental performance and continued commitment to energy efficiency.
As a listed building, achieving this level of environmental performance is a particularly significant accomplishment. Balancing the requirements of a heritage asset with the ambition to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact makes this milestone all the more meaningful.
This achievement is a reflection of the collective effort across the project team to deliver a smarter, more sustainable workplace while respecting and preserving the building’s unique character.
