Durley House
The refurbishment of the currently vacant Durley House (115 – 116 Sloane Street) is set to commence at the beginning of September.
“Within an expected time period of 2 years, the building will be partially dismantled and then reconstructed to create 14 large hotel bedrooms/ suites as well as a reception and restaurant on the ground floor.”
Collette Court
Works are also commencing on Collette Court, located further down Sloane Street, on the corner of Cadogan Gardens. Scaffolding has been erected around the building which is being remodelled to create 6 apartments. Works are due to be completed by summer 2019 with the scaffolding being removed in May 2019.
