This landmark refurbishment project has successfully transformed five floors of the nine-storey building while maintaining occupation throughout, demonstrating careful planning, collaboration, and delivery in a live commercial environment.
The project included:
- Major refurbishment of five occupied floors with tenants remaining in situ throughout the works
- New CAT A/A+ office installations across the refurbished floors
- Refurbished WC facilities and lightwell roof at lower ground floor level
- Complete transformation of the ground floor entrance and reception area
- Delivery of new basement end-of-trip facilities through the significant rationalisation of existing MEP plant
- Installation of low-carbon heat pump technology and full de-gassing of the building, supporting the project’s sustainability objectives
- Highly efficient thermal envelope upgrades, new heat recovery systems and LED technology have secure EPC A for the building
