We are delighted to announce that very soon, the new refurbished office, as well as retail space, will open its doors for new tenants. FLATT provided MEP and sustainability consultancy for 140 Wardour Street, Soho building.

Our services include the installation of high-efficiency air source heat pumps, expanding the building to create additional usable space, and incorporating several external roof terraces with urban greening features.

The design aims to significantly improve the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of the current building, from a D92 to a remarkable B36. The building targeting a BREEAM Outstanding Rating.
