We are pleased to announce that this project has achieved practical completion.
This scheme comprises 19 apartments over two blocks and is located in the heart of the conservation area in Clapham.
Established in the early 1900’s, this historic structure was formerly owned by George Jennings, a famous engineer. The development has focused on transforming this building back to its original residential roots whilst retaining its character and traditional features.
