We’re signing off another remarkable year at FLATT
A few of our milestones from 2024 include:
Our commercial projects were awarded with the highest BREEAM.
55-58 Pall Mall, Ealing Studios, 63-68 Coleman Street, The Wardour (previously known as Mentorn House) and One Pear Tree Street were all awarded with an “Outstanding” BREEAM rating, confirming their position among the most sustainable developments in London!
The transformation of the reception area at 125 Old Broad Street, London.
Our Building Services Engineering team successfully isolated and eliminated the issues that were causing an icy cold air dump into the reception area of the building. The reception now boasts a warm, bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Development of the Royal Mint Gardens, Aparthotel.
We will begin working on the development of an impressive 14 storey, mixed-use building, consisting of 463 hotel guest rooms and 79 high-end residential dwellings. We will see the utilisation of a Net Zero Carbon scheme which includes the use of high efficiency heat pumps with an internal thermal energy sharing network!
The retrofit of Sunlight House, Manchester.
Our MEP and Sustainability team were tasked to internally refurbish Phase 2 of the 14 Storey Grade II listed building which was erected in 1932. With a focus on sustainability and net zero design, we look forward to seeing the team modernize the building interior whilst maintaining its historical aesthetic.
We take the opportunity to thank the client and design teams that we have been working with and look forward to new opportunities in 2025.
