FLATT celebrated the Topping Out Ceremony at Pall Mall last week!
The project consists of the redevelopment of a 40,00 sqft office space and adding two Shell and core retail/restaurant units Providing a quality building with market leading sustainability credentials. Our engineering team have been involved in all elements of MEP & sustainability design. We took the time to celebrate the completion of the top floor of the BREEAM awarded project.
