Restoration work on the historic Rossetti Studios, located at 72 Flood Street in London, is now complete.
Rossetti Studios, built by Edward Holland and dated 1894, was designed specifically to provide artist studios in the heart of Chelsea. At a time when Chelsea was known as the ‘artistic hub’ of London, multiple studios were being widely developed in the area.
The Grade II listed buildings have been extensively renovated and upgraded with repairs to the building fabric, heating, kitchens and shower rooms as well as new lighting.
Artists have begun moving back into the studios which should make it an artistic resource in the heart of the Capital for the next 100 years.
FLATT have enjoyed working with their client, Cadogan Estates, alongside the project management team at TTPP and the Architect on this project, Feilden+Mawson.
