We are thrilled to be working on a Net Zero in-use, Grade A office space.
Sunlight House is a historic 14 Story Grade II listed building erected in 1932 from steel and concrete, clad in Portland Stone. Today, our MEP and Sustainability team are working alongside a fantastic crew to retrofit and refurbish the internal aspects of this iconic building into high-quality and contemporary office spaces whilst maintaining its unique heritage aesthetic.
The focus being on sustainability, with a net zero design and high-tech technology; providing a unique and dynamic working space nestled in Spinningfields, Manchester.
