Summary of profile:

My career as an engineer began during the last term of my studies when I wrote my masters paper whilst undertaking my professional training in Poland. I achieved a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering, majoring in Water Supply, Waste Management and Water and Soil Protection.

I graduated in 2005 and went on to work for one of the largest water installation design companies in Poland.

I moved to England in 2007 and have gained over 14 years’ experience within the Building Services Engineering industry.

During my career I have worked on many innovative and diverse projects ranging from small residential refurbishments to large complex residential, heritage and mixed use/commercial developments. I have progressed from Junior through to Associate level, managing a team of engineers and providing mentorship. In October 2009 I upgraded my CIBSE membership to Associate membership, became an Incorporated Engineer and then a Chartered Engineer. The experience I have gained throughout the course of my career has enabled me to develop my engineering and management skills, confidently guiding teams of engineers and leading projects through to completion.

Outside of engineering

Outside of engineering I enjoy long walks, travelling and adventures with my family. I also have a passion for animals and would love to volunteer at my local Animal Sanctuary in future.
