- Thermal Modelling of the Repository.
- 30% Reduction in Energy achieved through fabric upgrades & window replacement
- Preservation of Archive material in accordance with BS 4971:2017 – Annex A Environmental Guidance and BS EN 16893:2018.
- Repository facility operates a seasonal drift variable temperature & humidity set point throughout the year in accordance with BS4971:2017.
- Thermography & Air Tightness Reporting.
