This project delivers a high-quality office space with stunning terrace areas, designed to enhance both productivity and wellbeing. The space has been finished with a mix of ‘Cat A’ and ‘Cat A+/B’ standard, featuring low-carbon solutions using air source heat pumps and highly efficient LED lighting and controls, supporting a more sustainable future.
Through the rationalisation of riser and plant spaces, we’ve also achieved an increase in Net Internal Area (NIA), maximising efficiency and value across the floor.
