Home Quality Mark (HQM) has been launched. This is the new BRE Certification Scheme for new residential dwellings.
HQM recognises and encourages the adoption of the forthcoming “Housing Standards Review” which is being undertaken by the Government and is expected to be incorporated into the Building Regulations.
Remember a “Development which is sustainable can be approved without delay” (NPPF).
