The iconic Film House – located on Wardour Street in Soho – is to be refurbished and extended to give the building a new lease of life by providing a mix of B1 office space and A3 retail. Development proposals have been permitted by Westminster City Council.
Working on behalf of Vengrove / Ark WeWork, FLATT provided the full MEP services design, including Energy Strategy, BREEAM, WELL Assessment, Sustainability Design, Fire Engineering and Acoustic Consultancy.
Stage 4 Design is nearing completion and all of us at FLATT are looking forward to seeing construction start in late 2020!
