Refurbishment works have commenced on the historic, 19th century building located in the heart of Covent Garden. This Grade II listed, Gothic style building was Formerly the Lavers and Barraud stained glass studio from 1859. Working on behalf of Global Holdings, FLATT have undertaken the design of the building services for the refurbishment, including support for the planning process.
