We are pleased to announce our One Pear Tree Street, Clerkenwell, London achieved unanimous approval for the S73 amendments, which improve the building design and architecture.
The building has been designed with Sustainable office design at the forefront. The building area is 45,000 sqft, with additional 4,700 sqft of outdoor gardens.
FLATT provided Building Services (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Lift Engineering Services) and Sustainability (BREEAM, WELL, NABERS, Whole Life Carbon Reporting) Consultancy Services.
